Returns & Refunds policy

I take great pride in creation of my handmade glass items, each of which is unique in its own way. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight imperfections may occur, which do not qualify as damage or defects.

My return policy is clear and straightforward: I only accept returns for items damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to me within 5 days of delivery to begin the return process. To qualify for a return, the item must be postmarked within this timeframe, and please note that the return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. I appreciate your understanding and am committed to assisting you with any concerns regarding your order.

Please include "Return" in the subject line, along with your name, phone number, item purchased, date of purchase as well as a photo of the damaged item.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
